A gem of Carey! This place has some award winning barbecue! The smoked meats are perfectly paired with their different barbecue sauces. The meats are incredibly tender, full of flavor, and a pleasure to eat. The service is top notch and I can’t recommend this place enough!

I had a very good meal here. The ribs were great, the baked beans were delicious. Cornbread was ok, not bad but I have had better. Waitress was not the best though. I will go back, I really did enjoy the food.

I’m trying to be as fair as possible. I was there for the first time and broke my own rule. Walked into a BBQ place and ordered the walleye special. I can’t even tell you about the BBQ. All I can say was the fish was especially greasy, and I ended up getting very sick after my lunch. I don’t know where to point the finger so I won’t. If it was something I ate, it doubly upsets me that I didn’t order the loaded tots instead. That was my second choice - perhaps should have been my first!

This was our first time dining here. We were greeted by a very friendly waitress. Diner style inside, clean & locally owned. The food was delicious and the portion was generous. Coleslaw wasn't my favorite, but that can be a personal preference. Our waitress was kind & attentive. Check their hours before you go. I want to try breakfast next time.
